Smaak opened at the end of 2022 in Yokohama, “Tokyo,” Japan. It is a concept in which value for money is of great importance, and where Japanese ingredients are combined with flavors and preparations from Europe.

Smaak is defined by preparations in which the guiding principle is that the product must always remain recognizable while being presented with a special twist.
My personal style featuring fresh elements, acids, and spices is always present, sometimes recognizable and sometimes not, but always adding an extra dimension to the dish.
